Assassin’s Creed did a good job shaping my image of Leonardo; I don’t see him as an old man anymore. Leonardo in the game loves a puzzle, old language and of course, puzzles buried n old language. A Duke grad student, Julia Gaffield, found a copy of Haiti’s Declaration of Independence, in the British National Archives. She found an eight page pamphlet printed by “l’Impremerie du Gouvernement.” The pamphlet might have been sent worldwide, at least around the Caribbean and Europe.
